“I don’t care how much you know until I know how much you care.”

A while back I read this and it touched me deeply: “I don’t care how much you know until I know how much you care.” I feel that, in a world full of experts, this is an invitation to our humanity and a full human experience. One that includes vulnerability, feeling more, caring more for ourselves, others, the world we live in.

I am here to accompany you from a “know-it-all” place to a more sensing and feeling place, because this is true gold. I invite you to make choices that are not only cognitive but visceral, as long-term they will bring you more joy, fulfillment and you will create success on your own terms. You know a lot, you are a great thinker and still you sense there’s something missing. You start noticing that major moments of joy and success come when you decide not only with your head but also with your heart, your gut or anything you call it - and you want more of that. You want to allow yourself to go where you don’t know, where the questions seem more than the answers - and there is a fear in being more emotional and making a radical choice.

This is where your richness and true value lie; in going beyond that fear. Making space for yourself to experience every emotion, to unlearn rather than learn, un-become everything you’re not, so that you may be who you truly are!

This path is slow and winding. It allows you to wander in wonder. Inwards and outwards. To question what does not serve you anymore and emerge with a greater capacity to heal yourself; to lead your life and others towards something inspiring, purposeful and flourishing; that’s your challenge and my commitment.

That’s the path of hope - which is the meaning of my Greek name, Elpida.

I am here for you. Are you ready to find your gold? Are you ready to move fear-ward?

Connect with me if you answered YES!
