I’m Elpida (it means hope in Greek), and I’m so happy to have you here!

Born in Athens, Greece to parents from the Greek diaspora of Egypt, Eritrea and Sudan, I studied communication and journalism. Images and words have been my long-time companions. After some wanderings in non-governmental associations, media and creative outlets, serendipity led me to the corporate world and specifically telecommunications. This was a long, enriching and challenging journey, that lasted more than two decades. After ten years abroad in Germany, where I pursued an exciting international position in telecommunications I found the courage to press “pause”. My corporate adventures came full circle, and I gratefully rekindled my relationship with the beauty and energy of Greece.

I fully relocated back in Athens in 2021, re-uniting with my longtime husband and greatest supporter, not far from my energy tanks, the sun, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains! I thoroughly enjoy sunsets, dark chocolate and a glass of wine. I consciously live aligned with my values of freedom, courage and connection. I love good dancing, sleeping under the starlight, walking in the wilderness and diving into the great blue.

My transition into coaching began to unfold gradually in 2019. Today I am a full-time practicing Communication and Embodied Leadership Coach, certified by two rigorous and worldwide renowned coaching training schools: the Co-Active Training Institute and Strozzi Institute. At my deepest level, I care about emotions and allowing your voice to be heard, literally and metaphorically. I care about a world where our actions and attitude are aligned with our values and visions, viscerally not only cognitively. I care about holistic well-being, mind, body and soul because I have experienced the detrimental impact of suppressing my emotions and ignoring my body. I care about connection and true belonging because in my life and career I felt at times like an alien. It is my mission, and my commitment towards a better world for all, to live fully, love widely and lead from the heart not only the head.  You can read more of my personal stories here.
