About the Retreat
In a world that often equals being busy with being productive and making progress, this is an invitation to intentionally press pause and wonder what is possible. Pausing intentionally requires some effort; same as the effort to reach this amazing place, the Land Beyond, where you will be invited to slow down and allow a sense of wonder, of not knowing, and allowing something to emerge. Research shows that awe and wonder have a positive effect on our wellbeing. They reduce stress, benefit our creativity and allow inspiration to kick in when we find ourselves stuck. Wonder also expands our capacity to be with the unknown, take risks and bounce back from the challenges life throws at us, as likely not everything always goes as planned... Finally, as ancient Greeks claimed, "wisdom begins in wonder”. So, come and wonder wander with us. Allow a sense of curiosity, fascination and bewilderment at something new, unexpected and larger than ourselves.
What to Expect

A gentle morning centering or movement practice or breathwork
Breakfast with organic, local products
Wonder Wanders with intention setting and special quests in pristine nature (moderate level)
Aikido moves (Jo Kata) for self-discovery through movement
Journaling and resting time
Evening ritual / meditation / star gazing

There is no magic wand when it comes to personal transformation. Like anything else in life, the more you put into this journey, the more you will get out of it. Our wish is for everyone to experience what it feels like to:

The Land Beyond, Vitsa, Zagori, North-Western Greece

Single room ensuite: €899 (a spacious room all to yourself)
Double room ensuite: €739 (sharing a spacious room with a friend or another participant)
Bed in dormitory: €499 (a comfortable bed in a 6-bed mixed dormitory with a shared bathroom)
Please note this is an intimate group activity for 10 people max.
To secure your spot a non-refundable deposit of €79 (if booking a bed in the dormitory), €179 (if booking a double room) or €249 (if booking a single room) is necessary. -
Four (4) nights at the accommodation of your choice
Rich organic breakfast with local products and four traditional meals (either lunch or dinner) at the Land Beyond
A special rafting or horse-riding experience
All workshops and material
Courtesy pick-up from / drop-off to Ioannina airport or bus station - upon request and with prior arrangement
